Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course

Adirondack Extreme was the first aerial adventure course to open in the United States and continues to set the bar in the aerial adventure and adventure tourism category. We are the largest aerial tree-top adventure park in the United States.

Designed to challenge the mind, body, and spirit of true adventurers, our linear park becomes progressively more challenging, getting higher and harder as you go. Our ground patrol helps by supporting and celebrating each of your individual achievements.

Lazy River Tubing, Whitewater Rafting and Treetop Adventures in the Adirondacks are fun, unique ways for your group and colleagues to experience the beauty and excitement of the Adirondack Mountains!

Adirondack Tubing Adventures at the Adirondack Adventure Center provides guided lazy river tubing near Lake George and Lake Luzerne.

Adirondack Rafting Adventures at the Adirondack Adventure Center offers guided Whitewater Rafting trips down the Sacandaga River. The “Sac” has 3.5 miles of dam released Class II-III whitewater. With a minimum age of 5, almost everyone can enjoy New York’s best 2 hour whitewater rafting trip! 

Adirondack Treetop Adventures at the Adirondack Adventure Center provides an exhilarating experience on a state-of-the-art aerial adventure course. Jump, climb and zipline your way through the beautiful forest canopy!For those brave enough, take the plunge from 63 feet on our QuickJump XL freefall device! This adventure is a great team building experience that is sure to provide memories that will last forever!

Golden Goal Challenge Course

You don’t get anywhere by standing still. In order to improve individually and as a team, you must push beyond your limits and leave the comfort zone.

With this in mind, the purpose-built 3K challenge course features thirteen separate obstacles, each being impossible to conquer alone, your team skills and endurance will be put to the test. The highly unique benefits of the challenge course facilitates teamwork, confidence, leadership, and enhances self-esteem.

Hike with Jackson

Choose from Short Hikes that last 1-1 ½ hours from start to finish, Half Day Hikes or Easy Full Day Hikes. You can Custom Plan your hike for specific mountains or high peaks based on availability and current conditions. Natural Stone Bridges and Caves

Just 23 miles north of Lake George, reserve your spot to hike our self-guided tour & explore the LARGEST cave entrance in the east, waterfalls, gorge, caves & much more. Lake George Kayak Company

Lake George Kayak Company offers guided kayak tours and lessons on Lake George for groups. They offer basic instruction, life vests, paddles, and guidance on the best places to paddle. To keep things simple, they launch their boats into the water on location so you won’t need to worry about carrying a kayak around or paying a parking fee.

Saddle Up Stables

Experience one of the most iconic attractions in Lake George! This family-owned and operated stable has been offering scenic horseback trail rides with stunning views of Lake George for decades! Enjoy the peaceful wooded trails and large selection of healthy, well-groomed, and gentle horses every day from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Gore Mountain Skyrides

Discover the beauty of the Adirondack Mountains! Gore Mountain’s scenic skyrides are a great way to spend a half hour or the entire day. Enjoy stunning views of the High Peaks and Southern Adirondacks, Be sure to check out their independent “eco-loop” hikes, mountain-top labyrinth, staff-led interpretive talks, and free on-mountain hiking activities.

Revolution Rail

Railbiking is a fun excursion activity. Riders ride the railroad tracks under their own power & explore a section of the Adirondacks that has not seen passenger traffic. The tour takes riders thru a beautiful forest canopy along the Hudson River, and then over a spectacular trestle bridge and then they return to the launch point and the shuttle bus ride back to the North Creek Railroad Station.

Lake George Steamboat Company.

Located in Lake George Village, The Lake George Steamboat Company has been taking multi-generational passengers for boat cruises on Lake George for over 200 years. If you want to experience the majesty of Lake George, the Lake George Steamboat Company offers daily cruises on its three unique ships during the summer months. And, when the leaves begin to turn there’s no better way to see the colors than on any of the fall foliage cruises available through October!

Painted Pony Rodeo

Cowboys and cowgirls galore! Painted Pony Rodeo is exciting for the whole family! Tough cowboys, beautiful cowgirls, hilarious rodeo clowns, amazing animals, and so much more. You’re guaranteed to be on the edge of your seat.

The Morgan Charter Boat (The Sagamore Resort)

Cruise into the Narrows on the Sagamore’s Morgan! The Morgan is a 72-foot replica of 19th century touring vessel. Some of the best views of the Adirondacks can be while cruising through the Narrows section of Lake George. The cruise is approximately 1.5 hours long. Board the Morgan for fireworks cruises throughout July and August. Reservations are required.

Lake George Shoreline Cruises

Lake George Shoreline cruises daily out of Lake George Village. Board the 115 foot Adirondac or the 85 foot Horicon and discover the majesty of the Queen of American Lakes. Take the Historic Sightseeing cruise or the Lake George Bay cruise and relive the history of Lake George.

Board the Thursday night Fireworks cruise and see the show from a new perspective. Add dinner to your cruise and make a full night of it. Dinner cruises are offered nightly and include a carving station, two additional hot entrees, vegetables, potatoes, and more!

Silver Bay YMCA

The mission of the Silver Bay YMCA Conference & Retreat Center is to foster a lifelong sense of belonging, strengthen relationships, and nurture spirit, mind, and body for all. Silver Bay YMCA is a conference and family retreat center located in the Adirondack Park on the shores of Lake George. With over 700 acres and a mile of Lake George shoreline, Silver Bay is the perfect place for environmental conferences, corporate trainings, family reunions, family vacations, youth retreats, spiritual gatherings, weddings and so much more.

Silver Bay offers a variety of accommodations from economic dormitory-style lodging to luxury hotel accommodations as well as large guest houses and private cottages. 

Silver Bay also offers an array of meeting spaces to fit the needs of your group, ranging from quaint enclosed pavilions and historic halls to a 700 person Auditorium and the brand new William Boyd Center Luther Wishard conference room that seats over 300 people. As a courtesy to all conferences and groups, Silver Bay provides standard audio/visual as well as conferencing equipment and set up at no additional charge.

West Mountain

West Mountain with a vertical drop of 1,010-feet has 31 trails across over 126 acres, ranging from easy, gentle learning slopes to challenging, expert terrain. Don’t plan on leaving when the sun goes down! West Mountain offers night skiing on 15 trails allowing visitors to ski for hours longer than at other mountains. Tubing offers 850-feet with a 100-foot vertical drop, 2-3 upper chutes. 555-feet with a 65-foot drop, 4 lower chutes.

In the off-season, West Mountain throws open its thrilling Aerial Adventure Park and hosts wonderful events such as the Big & Fat Tire Bike Race, Countryman Challenge 5k Obstacle Race, Over the Top 10k Bike, and 5k Run. The Fall Festival takes place in October. Activities include scenic lift rides, hiking, and downhill mountain biking.

Whitewater Challengers

Rafting with Whitewater Challengers is the most fun you’ll have all year! Whitewater Challengers has been rafting on the Hudson River since 1984. They specialize in rafting 17-miles of crystal clear, thrilling whitewater through amazing Adirondack scenery. Our trips, with New York State Licensed Guides, include top-of-the-line equipment, on-river snack, and an after-rafting cookout.

Group leaders work hand-in-hand with team-building specialists to develop an itinerary that reflects your organization’s specific culture and needs. Our one- and two-day options combine interactive learning throughout each morning with an afternoon of team rafting along the Hudson River.

Adirondack Axe

Half sport, half entertainment – this indoor axe facility provides a great combination to bring people together. Bring your group or rent the mobile unit and get those competitive juices flowing.

Cool Insuring Arena

The Cool Insuring Arena, a 4794 seat multi-purpose facility, is the home of the Adirondack Thunder, a professional hockey team that plays in the ECHL. The arena is also the host to numerous concerts, family shows, and other entertainment.

Escape LG

Escape LG challenges adventurers using codes, clues, and ciphers to unlock the secrets of the room. You’ll have 60 minutes to figure out how to escape the room. This interactive adventure requires logic, problem-solving skills, and patience. Try to unlock the secrets of all four rooms!

Lake George Lanes and Games

Lake George Lanes and Games has 24 bowling lanes and automatic scoring, state of the art equipment, and every lane has a TV! For a unique treat, try Galactic Bowling – it’s party central with music and a wild light show on Fridays and Saturdays.

Their on-site sports simulators offer the chance to play a simulated round of golf on the world’s most famous courses such as Bethpage Black and Torrey Pines. Course packs feature 6 and 12 courses. There is also football, baseball, soccer and Zombie dodgeball.

The Luxury Box

Each suite features golf, soccer, baseball, hockey, bowling, foot golf, frisbee golf and dodgeball. Along with playing sports you can also enjoy watching TV and movies in the comfort of our leather reclining chairs and take your music and entertainment to the next level with our state-of-the-art sound system.

The Luxury Box is the perfect place to have your next event, outing or get together. We offer multiple suites including the use of our event suite which houses a large table in a separate room from the simulator

Rocksport Indoor Climbing Facility

Rocksport facility features huge indoor rock climbing walls and 50-foot ceilings. They have gentle challenges for the beginner; moderate terrain for the weekend warrior and fierce overhanging climbing for the expert. Guided group trainings and events are available.

Adirondack Save a Stray

Adirondack Save-A-Stray is a privately-run, Non-profit, 501c3 Animal Shelter/Rescue that was established in 1983 and whose goal is to save lives and to make furever, happy unions! They strive to provide the best care to every life that they save, and we go through great lengths to find homes that are responsible, loving, compassionate and stable!

Adirondack Save-A-Stray has been helping individuals, for years, in the community with low cost Veterinary services such as flea control, vaccines, emergency medical care, and more. We have been doing this on an as-needed basis quietly

Double H Ranch

Founded by actor and philanthropist, Paul Newman, the Double H Ranch is a year-round facility providing Residential Summer Camp, an Adaptive Winter Sports Program and Spring and Fall Family Programs for children dealing with life-threatening illnesses, and their families. All programs are FREE-OF-CHARGE and capture the magic of the Adirondacks.

Lake George Association

Guardians of Lake George water quality, the LGA monitors water quality and performs projects that protect the water, now and for the future, and educates and advises people on ways their actions can help. Thousands of members trust the LGA to watch out for their Lake

Up Yonda Farm

Now, as Warren County’s only Environmental Education Center, outdoor recreation and education can be found on the 75 acre Up Yonda Farm in Bolton Landing. A popular visitor attraction for schools and the public, Up Yonda presents a variety of nature programs throughout the year. Up Yonda now features an auditorium, museum, sugar house, and a butterfly exhibit during the summer months. The farmhouse has an educational space, live turtle exhibit and a small gift shop area featuring locally produced honey and maple syrup as well as field guides. There are natural history exhibits and wildlife viewing opportunities throughout the property and series of hiking and snowshoeing trails provide access to a scenic vista of Lake George.

Tri-County United Way

A non-profit organization which works with dozens of agencies and charitable organizations in Warren, Washington and Northern Saratoga Counties to pool efforts in fundraising and support. By partnering with a network of local non-profit organizations, Tri County United Way delivers critical services and increases the power of our local charities.
